Delcam has a long and proud record of providing support to our customers around the world via more than 150 local support offices. These offices have focused on training and supporting customers, ensuring that they have all the necessary skills to operate Delcam's products as effectively as possible.

During the last 25 years Delcam has built up within the organisation a wealth of knowledge and experience of the application of Delcam's products in the industries we serve. To enable customers to benefit from this knowledge and experience Delcam have established two different consultancy groups. The first of these groups, The Professional Services Group, offers process consultancy and the second of the groups, The Custom Software Group, offers process automation services.

These two groups are also able to combine their knowledge and experience, allowing processes and procedures to be developed and defined by the Professional Services Group. Once these have been defined they can then be automated by the Custom Software Group.
